Abonelik Bilgileri
Premium üyelik durumunun doğrulanması amacıyla abonelik bilgileri işlenebilir. Ödeme işlemleri doğrudan Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Pump Coach kredi kartı veya ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi toplamaz, işlemez veya saklamaz.

4. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılabileceği Taraflar
Pump Coach, hizmetin sunulabilmesi için üçüncü taraf teknoloji ve altyapı sağlayıcılarından yararlanabilir. Bu kapsamda verileriniz aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılabilir:
- Firebase Authentication
- Cloud Firestore
- Gemini API
- RevenueCat
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Bu hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında bulunabilir. Bu nedenle kişisel verileriniz, hizmetin sağlanabilmesi amacıyla yurt dışına aktarılabilir ve yurt dışında işlenebilir.
5. Kişisel Verilerin Toplanma Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi
Kişisel verileriniz; uygulama kayıt ekranları, profil oluşturma adımları, antrenman ve ilerleme kayıtları, abonelik işlemleri ve kullanıcı destek süreçleri aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda toplanmaktadır.
Kişisel verileriniz KVKK'nın ilgili hükümleri uyarınca; bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri, kanuni yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve gerekli hallerde açık rızanızın alınması hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenmektedir.
6. Kişisel Verilerin Saklanması
Kişisel verileriniz, hizmetin sağlanması için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca ve yasal yükümlülükler kapsamında saklanabilir. Hesabınızın silinmesi halinde verileriniz makul süre içinde silinir, anonim hale getirilir veya mevzuat gereği saklanması gerekiyorsa ilgili süre boyunca tutulur.
7. KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi kapsamında kişisel verilerinizle ilgili olarak aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- İşlenen verilere ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- İşleme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenen verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
- Verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- İşlemenin otomatik sistemler ile analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
- Kanuna aykırı işlem nedeniyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

Bu Aydınlatma Metni zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlandığı tarihten itibaren geçerli olur.

Subscription Information
Subscription information may be processed to verify premium access. Payments are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pump Coach does not collect, process, or store payment card details.

4. Third-Party Transfers
Pump Coach may rely on third-party technology and infrastructure providers to deliver its services. Your data may be shared with the following service providers:
- Firebase Authentication
- Cloud Firestore
- Gemini API
- RevenueCat
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
These providers may have servers located outside Turkey. Therefore, your personal data may be transferred abroad and processed outside Turkey for the purpose of providing the service.
5. Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected electronically through registration screens, profile setup flows, workout and progress tracking, subscription processes, and customer support interactions.
Under the relevant provisions of KVKK, your personal data is processed based on the necessity for the performance of a contract, the legitimate interests of the data controller, compliance with legal obligations, and, where required, your explicit consent.
6. Retention
Personal data may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account, your data will be deleted, anonymized, or retained only for the period required by law.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about the processing
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Learn the third parties to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data
- Object to results arising from automated analysis
- Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
